• Carrying out a series of experimental - technological works, experiments on working out the process of manufacturing parts.
• Control of manufactured parts, analysis of the causes of product defects and development of methods for its elimination.
Main manufacturing employment:
• Development, writing and implementation of control programs for CNC metalworking machines, CNC bending machines and robots - manipulators involved in production cycles associated with the manufacture of agricultural machinery, as well as for the manufacture of metal structures for various purposes (for the housing and utilities sector in Moscow, Metro, MCC, MCD., Etc.)
• Works associated with the following machines and equipment:
1. Writing control programs for a robotic complex for plasma cutting, metal based on a 6-axis industrial robot "KUKA KR 30 L16-2
• Implementation of tasks related to robotization and automation of technological processes in production.
