8. Development of marketing materials, development and management of company's promotion activities, e-marketing (using mailchimp), development of stand's design for thematic exibitions.

2. Organization and management of deals from incoming requests were received till the shipment / installation of equipment were completed at the Customer's institutions.
3. Organization and negotiations with potential customers, development of the customer base.
4. Monitoring the shipment of equipment, control payments under contracts, steering and control of project's budget and KPI's, checking shipping documents and contracts.
5. Search for new market segments according to company development strategy and increase company sales.

Achievements:
1. Creation and optimization of business processes of the sales department.
2. Development and implementation of a project monitoring system in order to fulfill the annual plan of the sales department.
3. Fulfillment of sales plans in 2014, 2015.
4. There are below some implemented projects for 2015, 2014. All projects were realized in time and depending on the project from 3 to 11 specialists were involved.
