Organization, support and control of import deliveries of analytical and gas equipment (analyzers, calibrators, digital pressure gauges, ultrasound flowmeters), spare parts, consumables (tracks and avia deliveries from USA, Europe to RF, Ukraine, Tajikistan; Uzbekistan; Azerbaijan); orders placing; monitoring of production time of equipment by factories; verification and preparation of documents for customs clearance (invoices, technical specifications, declarations, etc); selection of tariff codes for imported equipment; control of obtaining of certificates of conformity (GOST R) in time; calculation and control of transport / customs expenses; control of observance of delivery obligations to the customers; clients support; claims management (quality of the delivered equipment, short deliveries; incorrect deliveries, etc); organization and control of domestic deliveries from own store to customers); create and maintain a database of imported equipment; monthly reporting to sales dpt and general manager; operations activity in 1С program; participation in exhibitions; internal purchases; weekly reporting to General Manager.

Organization and arranging of importation of electrical equipment, consumables, components in RF; orders placing; external and internal transportation; customs clearance; obtaining of import documents, necessary for deliveries of equipment; calculation and control of transport / customs expenses; selection of tariff codes for imported equipment; warehousing; preparation of required documents for participation in tenders; create and maintain a database.

Organization and arranging of export / import end-to-end (door to door) logistics procedure of deliveries of communication equipment, spare parts, consumables and software (tracks and avia deliveries from Europe to Moscow and SPB); negotiations with customers (analyze customer's requirements, complaints, provide appropriate actions, reports); orders placing of goods in SAP, OrderEntry, MLS systems; monitoring of production time of equipment by factories; preparation of documents needs for customs clearance; selection of tariff codes for imported equipment; calculation and control of transport / customs expenses; negotiations with manufacturers, forwarders, customs brokers; arrangement and control of goods transportation in Russia; supervision of warehouses operations; control of goods movement and availability on warehouses in Moscow and SPB; arrangement of inventory of warehouses (monthly bases); control of test laboratory operations in SPB; control of observance of delivery obligations to the customers; clients support; claims management; preparation and control of post-warranty agreements of equipment; running the KPI; obtaining of import documents, necessary for deliveries of telecommunication equipment (licenses from Ministry of Trade, Radio Frequency permissions, permissions from Chamber of Commerce, notifications from FSB); budget planning of dpt (2010-2013); monthly reporting to HQ.

Organization and arranging of export / import end-to-end (door to door) logistics procedure of deliveries of communication equipment and spare parts (avia and track deliveries from Germany, Italy, Netherlands to Moscow and SPB); placing of orders for production and importation of goods in OrderEntry, MLS systems; monitoring of production time of equipment by factories; preparation of documents for customs brokers needs for customs clearance; calculation and control of transport / customs expenses; negotiations with customers, manufacturers, forwarders, customs brokers; arrangement and control of goods transportation in Russia; supervision of warehouses operations; control of goods movement and availability on warehouses in Moscow in S.-Petersburg; arrangement of inventory of warehouses (quarterly bases); control of observance of delivery obligations to the customers; clients support; claims management; preparation and control of post-warranty agreements of equipment; running the KPI; monthly reporting.

Planning and ordering of office equipment and components from South-East Asia and Europe, search for new suppliers, selection of optimal delivery terms, orders keeping, elaboration and running the database for the delivery time and customs’ clearance of goods, business correspondence, translation of technical documentation, monitoring of payments, cooperation with foreign transport companies, preparation of documents for the custom’s brokers, participation in exhibitions (abroad).

Negotiations with customers, preparation of commercial offers for supply and installation of components of medical technique, issuing of invoices for the work done, preparation of contracts for long-term service of medical technique, receipt of payments under invoices and realisation of contracts, monitoring of debtors, responsibility for database of debts, recovery of debts, preparation of documents for the brokers at the customs, elaboration and running the data base for the supply and for the delivery time of goods, arrangement of the goods transportation from the bonded house or from the storehouse to the customer with the help of transport company.
